What we collect
We do not ask you to sign up and we do not collect your name, email, phone number or location. To run leaderboards and statistics we use:
- an anonymous install code, randomly generated and stored in your browser (local storage), to recognise games played on the same device and count returning players;
- on Telegram, the numeric ID of your account, verified with the signature Telegram provides to the Mini App. We do not store your name, username or photo;
- game statistics: events such as "game started" or "score", with game version, language and platform. We do not store your IP address: we only use it, in a non-reversible form and for one day, to prevent abuse.
- purchases in Telegram Stars: your Telegram numeric ID, the item, the amount in Stars, date and time, the Telegram payment reference and any refund. We never see your card or payment details: Telegram handles the payment.
Why
To run the games (leaderboards, challenges, best scores) and to improve them with aggregate statistics. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. There are no profiling cookies.
Purchase records are processed to deliver what you bought, handle refunds and meet accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
Where and for how long
Data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland). Statistical events are deleted after 90 days. Open, unfinished game sessions expire after 2 hours. Purchase records are kept for 10 years, as Italian accounting law requires (art. 2220 of the Civil Code), even if you ask us to delete the rest of your data.
On the leaderboard
You appear with a generated name (an animal and a number). At the end of a game you can choose a name to show instead: it is optional and public, so use a nickname rather than your full name. You can change it, and we may reset names that are offensive or impersonate others. If you ask us to delete your data, the name is deleted too.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your data by writing to supporto@settegames.com. The anonymous code is in your browser settings (the site's local storage); if you delete it we can no longer link earlier games to your device. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority of your country.
Children
The games are suitable for everyone (PEGI 3) and contain no personalised advertising. Optional cosmetic purchases exist only inside Telegram: see the Terms.
