Last Sheep Royale — Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026 · version 1.2.0 (no ads)
In short. The game creates a guest account for you on first launch, without asking anything: your coins, gems and progress are kept on our server, in the EU. You can link Facebook later if you want; then we receive your Facebook ID for this app and your public name, never your email or your password, and we don't keep your Facebook token. Your friends in the game see your sheep's name, look, level, league, weekly coins and wins. Gameplay statistics stay anonymous and are not linked to your account. There are no ads in this version. Google handles payments. We don't sell data. You can delete your account at any time.
Who is responsible
The data controller is PK - PROJECT KEY S.R.L., Via Città della Pieve
76, 00191 Roma (RM), Italy — VAT and tax code 15538561000, REA 1597981, PEC
pkprojectkeysrl@legalmail.it.
For anything about your data write to supporto.applicazioni@gmail.com. We answer within thirty days. The PEC address is the company's legal mailbox, not customer support.
In the game, Settings → CONTACT US opens an email to the same address, already filled in with what we need to find your account: your account code, the app version, phone model and Android version, the installation ID and the short ID of your last race. You can read and change it before sending. We use your email and what you write only to answer you.
Your game account
The game needs an internet connection: your progress lives on our server, so it can't be edited on the phone, it follows you to a new phone (with Facebook) and your friends can see it. On first launch the game creates a guest account: no name, email or password is asked. The phone keeps only a copy to show the home screen quickly, and your settings (music, sounds, notifications).
| Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account ID: a random identifier created for your account, guest or Facebook | To keep your progress and know which requests are yours | Contract (providing the game) |
Account code: six characters (for example K7QM2X), shown in
Settings. It is also your invite code |
To invite friends, and to identify your account if you write to us | Contract |
| Your sheep's name, the one you choose in the game | To show it to your friends. It passes through a bad-words filter | Contract |
| Time zone of your phone (for example Europe/Rome) | So that the day and the week start at your midnight | Contract |
| Game state: coins, gems, items, level, chests, pass, missions, league, rewards waiting to be collected, tutorial done | It is the game: this is what you own and what you've done | Contract |
| Record of changes: every change of coins and gems, with the action that caused it, and the requests your phone sent | So that nothing is paid twice, and so we can fix an account after a bug | Contract; legitimate interest (fraud prevention) |
| Race results your phone sends at the end of a race: placement, duration, coins collected, powers and jumps | To pay the right reward, and cut results that can't be real | Contract; legitimate interest (fair play) |
| Fair-play score: goes up when results are impossible | High scores get smaller podium rewards and can be left out of friends' leaderboards | Legitimate interest (fair play) |
| Friends: which accounts are your friends, how (invite, code, Facebook), and who invited you | For the friends list, the leaderboard and the invite reward | Contract |
| Old save, only if you played version 1.0.x: the save found on the phone, what was accepted, and the old installation ID | To import your old progress once, and fix it by hand if you report a problem | Contract |
The connection also shows your IP address to the server, as with any internet request. We don't store it with your account.
If you link Facebook
Linking Facebook is optional: it saves your progress so you can play on a new phone, and finds friends who play. The login happens on Facebook's page; we never see your password. With Facebook we receive and keep:
- your Facebook ID for this app (an ID that Facebook creates only for Last Sheep Royale);
- your public profile: name and profile picture, as Facebook gives
them with the
public_profilepermission; - only if you allow it (
user_friendspermission): the list of your Facebook friends who also play and linked Facebook. We use it when you log in to make them your friends in the game; we keep the friendships, not the list.
We don't keep your Facebook token: it is used once, at login, and thrown away. We don't ask for your email, and we never post anything on Facebook. What Meta does with your login is described in Meta's privacy policy.
What your friends see
Your friends in the game see: your sheep's name and look (wool, face, hat), your level, league, coins won this week and wins. Nothing else: not your Facebook profile, not your coins or gems.
When you share your invite link, whoever opens it sees your sheep's name and look, and your code. Don't share it if you don't want that.
Anonymous gameplay statistics
Separately from your account, the game sends statistics tied to an installation ID, a random number created on first launch. They are not linked to your account, and carry no name, no Facebook ID and no advertising ID.
| Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Installation ID: a random number created on first launch. It is not linked to your device or your advertising ID. It is stored with your account only for a purchase and for the one-time import of an old save (see those sections), and in the email if you use CONTACT US | To tell whether two events come from the same installation | Legitimate interest |
| Gameplay events: app opened, sessions and their length, screens viewed; the first-launch tutorial; matchmaking time; at the end of a race your placement, duration, coins collected, whether you won, powers and jumps used, whether you gave up; chests, missions, daily gift and rewards collected; free coins taken when you ran out; which pack you tried to buy and how it ended (never the amount); network drops; notifications opened, or received with the game open; account actions (Facebook linked, invite shared, account deleted), without who; the Play Store campaign you came from; the app version; how long the server takes to answer. No race or ticket ID, nothing that points to your account | To balance the game, see what is too hard, too easy or too slow, and count how many players come back | Legitimate interest |
| Error reports: when something in the app breaks, the type of error, a shortened message and where in the code it happened, the screen you were on, the app version and update, with the installation ID. Names, codes, emails and similar are removed from the message before it leaves the phone. No IP address, screenshots or anything you typed. They go to our own server like the statistics: no third-party crash service | To find and fix crashes | Legitimate interest |
If the app crashes inside Android itself, Google Play may show us anonymous crash statistics (Android vitals), under Google's own privacy policy.
Where the data is
Your account, your game and the statistics are on our server at Supabase, hosted in the European Union (Ireland). The game also downloads game settings (prices, calendars) from the same server.
App updates. At every launch the game asks Expo (650 Industries, Inc., USA), the service that delivers small updates to the game without going through the store, whether a new version is available. Expo receives a random ID created by the update system on your phone, the app version and update channel, and — like any server — your IP address. It processes them on our behalf, only to deliver updates; they are not linked to your game account. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Your account and game | Until you delete it. Guest accounts that never finished a race: 30 days. Accounts not used for 12 months: deleted |
| Requests sent by the phone | 7 days |
| Record of coin and gem changes | 180 days |
| Race results sent to the server | 30 days |
| Anonymous gameplay statistics | 24 months |
| Error reports | 24 months, like the statistics |
| Purchase code, pack, Google order number, status and dates | As long as accounting law requires, without any link to your account once you delete it |
Advertising
This version of the game has no ads: no advertising SDK, no advertising ID, no ad consent form. If a future version adds ads, we will update this page before it is released.
Purchases (Google Play)
Gem packs are bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment: we never see your card or your Google account. The game receives the confirmation of the purchase (which pack, and a purchase code) and sends it to our server with your account, which asks Google whether it is valid and then adds the gems to your account.
The server keeps the purchase code, the pack, Google's order number, the installation ID, your account and the date, so that one purchase can't be used twice and so we can help if you report a problem (legitimate interest: fraud prevention). To limit abuse, the server keeps your IP address in memory only, for ten minutes. If you delete your account, we keep only the purchase code, the pack, Google's order number, the status and the dates, with no link to you or to your device: they stop the same purchase from being credited twice, and accounting needs them.
Notifications
Reminders (a chest is ready, the daily gift) are scheduled on your phone. No notification server is involved. You can turn each kind off in Settings, or all of them in Android settings.
What we don't collect
No email, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. The app doesn't ask for those permissions, and they are explicitly blocked in its configuration. We don't keep your Facebook token or read your Facebook posts.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: Settings → Delete account, and confirm twice. Your account, game, friendships and race results are deleted right away.
On the web: projectkey.github.io/lastsheep/delete.html. If you linked Facebook, log in there and delete. If you are a guest, email supporto.applicazioni@gmail.com with your account code (six characters, in Settings).
From Facebook: remove Last Sheep Royale in your Facebook settings (Apps and websites). Facebook tells us, we delete the account, and you get a link to check it's done.
What stays: the purchase code, pack, Google order number, status and dates of a purchase, with no link to you or your device. The anonymous statistics are not linked to your account: to have them erased too, send us the installation ID shown in Settings under the credits. We delete every record with that ID within thirty days, error reports included.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to the contact address with your account code. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the one where you live.
Children
The game is meant for players aged 14 and over (the age of digital consent in Italy, art. 2-quinquies of the Italian privacy code and art. 8 GDPR) and is not directed at children. It contains real-money purchases. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 14; if we find out we did, we delete the account.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top is always the latest version.
Last Sheep Royale — Informativa privacy
Ultimo aggiornamento: 28 settembre 2026 · versione 1.2.0 (senza pubblicità)
In breve. Google gestisce i pagamenti. Non vendiamo dati. Puoi cancellare l'account quando vuoi.
Chi tratta i dati
15538561000, REA 1597981, PEC pkprojectkeysrl@legalmail.it.
in Settings.
- il tuo ID Facebook per quest'app (un identificativo che Facebook crea solo per Last Sheep Royale);
Cosa vedono i tuoi amici
Dove stanno i dati
Cancellare l'account e i dati
I tuoi diritti
