Terms for the mini-games at settegames.com/games and the SetteGames Telegram Mini Apps (@SetteGamesBot and the game bots linked from each game page), including purchases in Telegram Stars. Last updated: 9 October 2026.

The games
The mini-games are free to play, with no account. Leaderboards show generated names. Scores are checked by our server: we may remove scores obtained by cheating or by tampering with the game. We may update, change or retire games at any time.
Purchases in Telegram Stars
- What you can buy. Only optional cosmetic items, described in the game before you pay. Today: All color themes (50 Stars), which permanently unlocks every color theme in all SetteGames mini-games for your Telegram account. Cosmetic items never change scores, leaderboards or game difficulty.
- No gambling, no prizes. Nothing you buy has a random outcome, and nothing can be exchanged for money or prizes.
- Payment. Purchases are paid in Telegram Stars through Telegram. Stars are bought from Telegram under Telegram's own terms; we never see your payment details. Prices are shown in Stars before you confirm.
- Delivery. Items are delivered immediately after payment and linked to your Telegram account. You receive a confirmation message from @SetteGamesBot with the order code.
- Right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, you lose this right once delivery starts, because before paying you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge this (art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The game asks you to tick a box for this before every purchase.
- If something does not work. Your legal rights for digital content that is not delivered or does not work as described always remain (Directive (EU) 2019/770). In that case we refund you in Stars. Write to us with /paysupport in @SetteGamesBot or at supporto@settegames.com, with the order code: we reply within 3 business days.
- Refunds. A refunded item is removed from your account.
Minors
The games are suitable for everyone (PEGI 3). If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything. Parents who find a purchase made without their permission can contact us at supporto@settegames.com.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can go to the court of your place of residence. You can also use the EU platform for online dispute resolution where available.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases already made keep the terms in force when you made them.
