Do I need an internet connection?

Yes. Your coins, gems and progress live on our server, so the game needs the internet to start and to spend. A race that has already started finishes even if the connection drops: the result is sent when you are back online (within 24 hours).

How do I keep my progress on a new phone?

Link Facebook first: Settings → ACCOUNT → SAVE WITH FACEBOOK. On the new phone, open the game and tap Already playing? Log in in the same place. Your level, coins, gems, items and friends come back.

What is a guest account?

Everyone starts as a guest: nothing to fill in. A guest account is tied to this phone. If you uninstall the game or clear its data without Facebook linked, you can't get back in. Your 6-letter account code is in Settings → ACCOUNT: keep it, and send it to us if you need help.

How do I delete my account?

In the game: Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT, confirmed twice. It is final. You can also do it on this page, with Facebook or by email.

I paid but got nothing

Close the game and open it again with the internet on: purchases are checked at start-up and delivered then. Still missing? Write to us with your account code and the Google order number (it starts with GPA., it's in your Google Play receipt email). Refunds go through Google Play.

I'm out of coins

Play the daily games (Today), or tap FREE COINS in the Not enough coins panel: coins for two races, once a day, only when you can't pay for a race. It comes back the next day.

How do I add friends?

Open Friends and tap INVITE to send your link, or ENTER CODE to type a friend's 6-letter code. Your code is the same as your account code. Long-press a friend to remove them.

How does the leaderboard work?

Points are the coins you win in races this week, not coins you buy. In your league of 20, the top five move up and the bottom five move down when the week ends. The Friends list is ranked the same way and starts again every Monday.

The game crashed or something looks wrong

Settings → CONTACT US. The email already contains your account code, game version and phone model: just tell us what you were doing.
