Delete your Snake 100 account

Deleting is final. Your account, coins, gems, items, progress, Play Games, Facebook and Apple links and match records are deleted, also what you bought with real money. Only the purchase code, pack, Google order number, status and dates of a purchase stay, with no link to you (details).

1 · In the app

Open the game → Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT → DELETE. It's done right away and you see a receipt code. The game starts again as a new guest. It works with or without Google Play Games, Facebook or Apple. With Sign in with Apple we also revoke the game's access at Apple.

From Facebook: remove «SetteGames» in your Facebook settings (Apps and websites) and ask to delete your data. We delete the account linked to that Facebook in all our games; check it with the code Facebook gives you on the deletion status page.

2 · By email

If you can't use the app, email supporto@settegames.com with:

We delete the account within thirty days and tell you when it's done. If we can't find it, we tell you. An account left unused is deleted anyway: after 30 days if you never finished a match and never bought anything; after 12 months unused if you never bought anything.

3 · Statistics and ads

Gameplay statistics are anonymous and not linked to your account. To erase them too, send us the ID from Settings. Ads: change your consent in Settings → AD PRIVACY (shown when Google's consent form applies to you); reset or delete the advertising ID in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads.

Other SetteGames games

As a guest, each game has its own account: deleting Snake 100 doesn't touch Last Sheep Royale. With Facebook or Apple the two games share one account (progress kept per game): deleting it deletes your Last Sheep Royale progress too.

Cancellare l'account di Snake 100

La cancellazione è definitiva. Si cancellano account, monete, gemme, oggetti, progressi, collegamenti a Play Giochi, Facebook e Apple e partite registrate, anche quello che hai comprato con soldi veri. Restano solo codice d'acquisto, pacchetto, numero d'ordine Google, stato e date di un acquisto, senza legame con te (dettagli).

1 · Nell'app

Apri il gioco → Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT → DELETE. È subito fatto e vedi un codice di ricevuta. Il gioco riparte con un ospite nuovo. Funziona con o senza Google Play Giochi, Facebook o Apple. Con Sign in with Apple revochiamo anche l'accesso del gioco presso Apple.

Da Facebook: togli «SetteGames» nelle impostazioni di Facebook (App e siti web) e chiedi di cancellare i dati. Cancelliamo l'account collegato a quel Facebook in tutti i nostri giochi; lo controlli col codice che ti dà Facebook alla pagina dello stato della cancellazione.

2 · Per email

Se non puoi usare l'app, scrivi a supporto@settegames.com con:

Cancelliamo l'account entro trenta giorni e ti diciamo quando è fatto. Se non lo troviamo, te lo diciamo. Un account lasciato fermo si cancella comunque: dopo 30 giorni se non hai mai finito una partita né comprato niente; dopo 12 mesi di fermo se non hai mai comprato niente.

3 · Statistiche e pubblicità

Le statistiche di gioco sono anonime e non legate all'account. Per cancellare anche quelle, mandaci l'ID delle impostazioni. Pubblicità: cambia il consenso in Settings → AD PRIVACY (compare quando il modulo di Google vale per te); reimposta o cancella l'ID pubblicità in Impostazioni → Google → Annunci del telefono.

Gli altri giochi SetteGames

Da ospite ogni gioco ha il suo account: cancellare Snake 100 non tocca Last Sheep Royale. Con Facebook o Apple i due giochi hanno un account solo (progressi separati per gioco): cancellarlo cancella anche i progressi di Last Sheep Royale.
