Snake 100 Battle Royale — Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Android and iPhone (App Store, Sign in with Apple)

In short. On first launch the game creates a guest account for you, without asking anything. Your coins, gems and progress are kept on our server, in the EU, and purchases are checked there. If your phone uses Google Play Games, the game links your account to it by itself, without asking for any permission: we receive only your Play Games player ID. You can also log in with Facebook or, on iPhone, with Apple, if you want: it saves your account for a new phone. With Facebook we get your Facebook ID for our app, your name and picture and, if you allow it, your email. With Apple only an Apple ID for our app. Gameplay statistics stay anonymous. Google shows ads (with your consent where the law requires it); Google Play or the App Store handle payments; Expo delivers small game updates. We don't sell data. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Who is responsible

The data controller is PK - PROJECT KEY S.R.L., Via Città della Pieve 76, 00191 Roma (RM), Italy — VAT and tax code 15538561000, REA 1597981.

For anything about your data write to supporto@settegames.com. We answer within thirty days.

In the game, Settings → CONTACT US and REPORT A PROBLEM open an email to our support, already filled in with the app version, phone model, Android version and the ID shown in Settings. You can change it before sending. We use your email and what you write only to answer you, and keep the conversation at most 24 months.

Your game account

Your progress lives on our server, so it can't be edited on the phone and isn't lost if something goes wrong there. The account is created on first launch: no name, email or password is asked. Logging in with Facebook or Apple is optional (see below). The phone keeps a copy of your game, and your settings (sound, music, vibration, alerts, controls, Training difficulty).

DataWhyLegal basis
Account ID (random) and an account code of six characters To keep your progress and know which requests are yours Contract (providing the game)
Your snake's name, the one you choose in the game It is part of your game. It passes through a bad-words filter. For now every match has only you and computer snakes: no other player sees it Contract
Time zone of your phone (for example Europe/Rome) So that the day and the week start at your midnight Contract
Game state: coins, gems, items, level, chests, pass, missions, league, daily gift and streak, rewards waiting, tutorial done It is the game: what you own and what you've done Contract
Record of changes: every change of coins and gems, with the action that caused it, and the requests your phone sent So that nothing is paid twice, and so we can fix an account after a bug Contract; legitimate interest (fraud prevention)
Matches: the room your phone joined, your snake's name and skin, the ticket paid, and the result your phone sends at the end (placement, eliminations, biggest size, when you were out); the reward paid To pay the right reward, and not pay results that can't be real Contract; legitimate interest (fair play)

The connection also shows your IP address to the server, as with any internet request. We don't store it with your account.

Google Play Games

If your phone is signed in to Google Play Games, the game links your account to it at launch, by itself, without asking for any permission. If you reinstall or change phone, your account comes back when you open the game, before you play your first match there. If Play Games isn't signed in, you stay a guest.

The game asks Play Games only for a one-time code, with no email or profile permission. Our server exchanges it with Google, reads your Play Games player ID and throws the rest away. We don't keep Google's tokens, and we never receive your email, name, contacts or anything else. We never post anything.

We keep the player ID with your account, as long as the account exists. To sign you back in on a new phone, our server may give your account an internal address like pg-…@play.invalid, made from a scrambled code of the player ID. It is not a real email: no message can be sent to it. Legal basis: contract. Google provides Play Games under its own privacy policy.

On iPhone there is no Play Games: you play as a guest, unless you log in with Apple or Facebook (below). We don't use Game Center.

If you log in with Facebook

It is optional: Settings → ACCOUNT → SAVE WITH FACEBOOK saves your account, so you get it back on a new phone (Log in there). The login happens on Facebook's page, in your browser: we never see your password. All our games use the same Meta app, «SetteGames». On iPhone, Facebook is offered only next to Sign in with Apple.

DataWhyLegal basis
Facebook ID for our app (a number Facebook creates only for «SetteGames», not your profile) To find your account when you log in again Contract (providing the game)
Name and profile picture, as Facebook gives them (public_profile) The name is shown only to you, in Settings → ACCOUNT, so you see which Facebook is linked. Other players never see it Contract
Email address, only if you leave it ticked on Facebook's screen To identify your account and answer you. Never for marketing Contract

We don't keep your Facebook token, we don't ask for your friends, and we never post on Facebook. Meta handles the login as an independent controller, under its privacy policy.

If you sign in with Apple (iPhone)

It is optional and works like Facebook: Settings → ACCOUNT, then Apple's button. Apple asks you on its own screen; we never see your password. We don't ask Apple for your name or email.

DataWhyLegal basis
Apple user ID: an identifier Apple creates for our team only To find your account when you sign in again Contract (providing the game)
Apple sign-in token (refresh token), kept on our server Only to revoke the game's access at Apple when you delete the account Legal obligation and contract

You can also stop using Apple with this app in your iPhone settings (Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple). Apple's rules: apple.com/legal/privacy.

One account, progress per game

With Facebook or Apple, your account is the same in the SetteGames games on this server (today Last Sheep Royale and Snake 100). Your progress stays separate for each game: coins, gems and items of Snake 100 stay in Snake 100.

If that Facebook or Apple ID already has an account and this phone has guest progress, you pick one to keep (PICK ONE). The two are never merged. A guest that never played moves over without asking.

LOG OUT (Settings → ACCOUNT) appears only with Facebook or Apple linked, and asks first. The phone starts as a new guest; log back in with the same Facebook or Apple to get your account back. After LOG OUT, Play Games doesn't sign you in by itself.

Anonymous gameplay statistics

Separately from your account, the game sends statistics tied to an installation ID: a random number created on first launch, shown at the bottom of Settings. It is not your device ID or your advertising ID. The statistics are not linked to your account and carry no name, email, Play Games, Facebook or Apple ID, or advertising ID.

DataWhyLegal basis
Gameplay events: app installed and opened, sessions and their length, screens viewed, first-launch steps and tutorial; match search time; at the end of a match the mode, placement, how long you lasted, eliminations, biggest size and whether you won; reward videos started and finished; which pack you tried to buy (never the amount); server response times and network drops; Play Games, Facebook and Apple sign-in results, log out and account deleted, without who; the app version To balance the game and count how many players come back Legitimate interest
Error reports: when something in the app breaks, the type of error, a shortened message and where in the code it happened, the screen and the app version. Names, codes and emails are removed from the message before it leaves the phone. No third-party crash service To find and fix crashes Legitimate interest

You can object at any time: send us the installation ID and we delete its statistics.

Where the data is

Your account, your game and the statistics are on our server at Supabase, in the European Union (Ireland). Last Sheep Royale uses the same server. As a guest, your Snake 100 account is only for Snake 100; with Facebook or Apple it is shared, with progress kept per game (above).

App updates (Expo). At every launch the game asks Expo (650 Industries, Inc., USA), the service that delivers small updates to the game, whether a new version is available. Expo receives a random ID created by the update system on your phone, the app version and update channel, and — like any server — your IP address. It processes them on our behalf, only to deliver updates. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the game working.

How long we keep it

DataKept for
Your account and game, Play Games player ID, Facebook and Apple dataUntil you delete it. Guest accounts that never finished a match and never bought anything: 30 days. Accounts not used for 12 months, without purchases: deleted
Requests sent by the phone7 days (purchase ones: as long as the account)
Record of coin and gem changes180 days
Match rooms and results30 days after the match ends
Anonymous statistics and error reports24 months
Purchase code, pack, Google order number, status and datesAs long as accounting law requires, without any link to you once you delete the account

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows a banner on the home screen, and video ads only when you choose to watch one for a reward. There are no ads during a match. No Ads, a one-time purchase, removes the banner; reward videos stay, always optional.

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which collects your device's advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device information, the ad software's own diagnostic and crash data, and how you interact with ads, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google does this as an independent controller, under its own policies. With a reward video the game also passes AdMob your account ID and a one-time code, only so that AdMob can confirm to our server that the video was watched.

Legal basis. Personalised ads, and reading or storing the advertising ID and other information on your phone for ads, are based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 122 of the Italian privacy code). In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for it with Google's consent form (UMP) before any ad is requested, and never during your first match. If you say no, you may get non-personalised ads, based only on context (the app, the approximate area from the IP address): these are shown on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the game free, and only to the extent your choices in the form allow; otherwise you get no ads. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time in Settings → AD PRIVACY (shown when the form applies to you); this doesn't affect what was done before. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in your phone's settings. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

On iPhone. Before any ad, after Google's form, the game shows Apple's tracking request (App Tracking Transparency). AdMob reads the advertising ID (IDFA) only if you tap Allow; if you don't, you get non-personalised ads and no IDFA. You can change it any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ad networks may also measure installs with Apple's SKAdNetwork, which gives them only aggregated, anonymous counts.

Purchases (Google Play and App Store)

Gem packs, the Starter Pack, the premium season pass and No Ads are bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment: we never see your card or your Google account. The game tells Google your account ID, so the purchase belongs to your account. After you pay, the game sends the confirmation (which pack, and a purchase code) to our server, which asks Google whether it is valid and only then adds what you bought.

The server keeps the purchase code, the pack, Google's order number, the installation ID, your account, the status and the date, so that one purchase can't be used twice and so we can help if you report a problem (legitimate interest: fraud prevention). It keeps your IP address in memory only, for ten minutes, to limit abuse. If Google refunds a purchase, we take back what it gave.

On iPhone you buy through the App Store: Apple handles the payment, and we never see your card or your Apple ID. The game tells Apple your account ID (as a random code), gets Apple's signed receipt (which pack, the transaction ID), and our server checks Apple's signature before adding what you bought. We keep the same things as for Google, with Apple's transaction ID as the order number. Apple tells our server about refunds, and we take back what the purchase gave. Restore Purchases in Settings gives back No Ads and the Starter Pack.

Notifications

Reminders (a chest is ready, the daily gift) are scheduled on your phone. No notification server is involved. You can turn them off in Settings (ALERTS), or in the phone's settings.

Google, Apple and Meta, as independent controllers

Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC: AdMob ads, Google Play Games, Google Play purchases and the Play Store) receives data directly from the app under its own privacy policy: it is not our processor. On iPhone, Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd and Apple Inc.: App Store, purchases and Sign in with Apple) does the same, under its privacy policy. If you log in with Facebook, Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) does the same for the login. They may process data in the USA and other countries; those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC, Apple Inc. and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified, or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If the app crashes inside Android itself, Google Play may show us anonymous crash statistics (Android vitals).

What we don't collect

No phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. The app doesn't ask for those permissions, and they are explicitly blocked in its configuration. Your name and email reach us only if you log in with Facebook (and allow the email), or if you write to us. From Play Games we get only the player ID; from Apple only the Apple user ID. No Facebook friends, no Facebook token. No third-party crash service is used.

Deleting your account and data

In the app: Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT → DELETE. Your account, game, Play Games, Facebook and Apple links and match records are deleted right away, and you get a receipt code. The game starts again as a new guest. With Facebook or Apple the account is shared: deleting it also deletes your Last Sheep Royale progress on that account.

From Facebook: remove «SetteGames» in your Facebook settings (Apps and websites) and ask to delete your data. Facebook tells us, we delete the account linked to that Facebook in all our games, and Facebook gives you a code to check it on our deletion status page (SetteGames privacy policy).

Sign in with Apple: deleting the account revokes the game's access at Apple. If Apple doesn't answer, we keep only the token, without your account, and retry the revocation.

By email: write to supporto@settegames.com with the ID shown at the bottom of Settings and, if you bought something, the Google Play order number (GPA.…) or the App Store order ID. We delete the account within thirty days. More on the delete page.

What stays: the purchase code, pack, Google order number, status and dates of a purchase, with no link to you or your device. If Google refunded a purchase or we fixed your account by hand, a short note of it stays in our internal records. The anonymous statistics are not linked to your account: to erase them too, send us the installation ID.

Backups. For safety we keep a few copies of the database on a company computer, not shared with anyone. Deleted data disappears from them when the copies are replaced: we keep only the last 14 copies.

Ads: reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings; change your consent in Settings → AD PRIVACY.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent (personalised ads), you can withdraw it at any time in Settings → AD PRIVACY, without affecting the processing done before. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the one where you live.

Children

The game is meant for players aged at least 14 (the age of digital consent in Italy, art. 2-quinquies of the Italian privacy code and art. 8 GDPR), or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, and is not directed at children. It contains ads and real-money purchases. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age; if we find out we did, we delete the account.

Changes

Online matches with other people will come in a later version. Before that, and before any change that matters to you, we will update this policy and tell you in the app. The date at the top is always the latest version.

Snake 100 Battle Royale — Informativa privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 22 ottobre 2026 · Android e iPhone (App Store, Sign in with Apple)

In breve.

Chi tratta i dati

Su iPhone Facebook c'è solo accanto a Sign in with Apple.

LOG OUT (Settings → ACCOUNT) c'è solo con Facebook o Apple collegati, e chiede prima.

Dove stanno i dati

Aggiornamenti dell'app (Expo).

6(1)(a) GDPR e art. Come Google usa i dati: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Acquisti (Google Play e App Store)

Restore Purchases in Settings ti ridà No Ads e lo Starter Pack.

Notifiche

Google, Apple e Meta, titolari autonomi

Cancellare l'account e i dati

Nell'app: Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT → DELETE.

Sign in with Apple: cancellare l'account revoca l'accesso del gioco presso Apple.

I tuoi diritti

Minori
