In short. Snake 100 Battle Royale is an arena game. The coins and gems inside it are not money: they can't be cashed out, traded or converted. In this version your game is kept only on your phone: if you uninstall the app or clear its data, it's gone. The only things sold for real money are gem packs, the Starter Pack, the premium season pass and No Ads, through Google Play.

Accepting these terms
By using the game you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the game.
Who can play
You must be at least 14, the age from which you can consent to online services yourself in Italy (art. 2-quinquies of the Italian privacy code, art. 8 GDPR), or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. If you are under 18, ask a parent before buying anything. The game contains chests with random rewards.
Test version
This is a test version. There is no account on our server: you play as a guest, and your snake's name, coins, gems, items and progress live on this phone. Progress may be reset before the official launch, and features may change or be missing.
The other snakes
The other snakes in a match and the rivals in the weekly league are controlled by the computer. We say so because it's true: they play by the same rules you do. Power-ups in the arena are the same for everyone and are never sold.
Coins, gems and items
Coins, gems, chests, the pass, skins and every other in-game item are a licence to use them inside the game, not property and not credit. They have no monetary value and can't be sold, traded or moved to another phone or person. In this version they are kept on your phone, and they are lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or lose the phone — including those bought with real money.
Purchases
Gem packs, the Starter Pack (once per player), the premium season pass (for the current season) and No Ads are bought through Google Play, at the price Google shows you at the moment of purchase, taxes included. We never see your payment details. No Ads removes the banner for good; reward videos stay, always optional. Nothing for sale helps you win a match.
During the test. In this test version purchases are not delivered yet: the game doesn't confirm them, and Google Play refunds an unconfirmed purchase by itself within three days.
Right of withdrawal. Once purchases are delivered, they are digital content delivered immediately. By buying them you ask for immediate delivery and accept that, once delivered, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal no longer applies (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its rules. If you paid and didn't receive what you bought, write to us: if the mistake is ours, we fix it.
Advertising
The game is free partly thanks to ads: a banner on the home screen, and videos you choose to watch for a reward. No video ever starts on its own, and there are no ads during a match. A reward is given only when the video is watched to the end. In Europe we ask for your consent first; see the privacy policy.
Fair play
Don't modify the app, use tools that play for you, or exploit bugs to multiply coins, gems or rewards. We may remove what was obtained unfairly.
The game changes
Rewards, in-game prices, seasons and rules can change, and some things may be removed. Later versions will save your progress on our server and add online matches; we'll update these terms first and tell you in the app. If a change affects something you bought with real money, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If we ever stop the game, we'll announce it in the app at least thirty days ahead and stop selling right away.
When it doesn't work
We do our best, but can't promise the game will always work: an update can contain a mistake, and a test version more so. Your consumer rights under Italian and EU law are never limited by these terms. Beyond them, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as progress lost to a fault.
What belongs to whom
The game, the name «Snake 100 Battle Royale», its art, texts and sounds are ours or licensed. Music and sounds: public-domain recordings from Wikimedia Commons (including Saint-Saëns' Bacchanale played by the United States Air Force Band). Font: Lilita One (SIL Open Font License). You may play; you may not copy or resell the app or its parts.
Changes to these terms
If we change them in a way that matters to you, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to play after that date means you accept them.
Law and courts
Italian law applies, without taking away the protection that the law of your country gives you as a consumer. As a consumer you can go to the court where you live; in all other cases the court of Rome has jurisdiction.

Chi può giocare
Devi avere almeno 14 anni, l'età dalla quale in Italia si può dare da sé il consenso ai servizi online (art. 2-quinquies del Codice privacy, art. 8 GDPR), o l'età del consenso digitale del tuo paese se è più alta. Se hai meno di 18 anni, chiedi a un genitore prima di comprare qualcosa. Il gioco contiene bauli a contenuto casuale.
Versione di prova
Questa è una versione di prova. Sul nostro server non c'è nessun account: giochi come ospite, e il nome del serpente, monete, gemme, oggetti e progressi stanno su questo telefono. I progressi potrebbero essere azzerati prima del lancio ufficiale, e alcune funzioni possono cambiare o mancare.
Gli altri serpenti
Gli altri serpenti in partita e i rivali della lega settimanale sono guidati dal computer. Lo diciamo perché è vero: giocano con le tue stesse regole. I poteri nell'arena sono uguali per tutti e non si vendono mai.
Monete, gemme e oggetti
Monete, gemme, bauli, pass, pelli e ogni altro oggetto del gioco sono una licenza d'uso dentro al gioco, non una proprietà e non un credito. Non hanno valore in denaro, non si vendono, non si scambiano, non passano su un altro telefono o a un'altra persona. In questa versione stanno sul telefono, e si perdono disinstallando il gioco, cancellandone i dati o perdendo il telefono — anche quelli comprati con soldi veri.
Acquisti
Pacchetti di gemme, Starter Pack (una volta per giocatore), pass premium (della stagione in corso) e No Ads si comprano tramite Google Play, al prezzo che Google ti mostra al momento dell'acquisto, tasse incluse. Non vediamo mai i tuoi dati di pagamento. No Ads toglie il banner per sempre; i video con premio restano, sempre facoltativi. Niente di quello che si compra aiuta a vincere una partita.
Durante la prova. In questa versione di prova gli acquisti non vengono ancora consegnati: il gioco non li conferma, e Google Play rimborsa da solo un acquisto non confermato entro tre giorni.
Diritto di recesso. Quando saranno consegnati, gli acquisti sono contenuti digitali forniti subito. Comprandoli chiedi la fornitura immediata e accetti che, una volta forniti, il diritto di recesso di quattordici giorni non si applichi più (art. 59 del Codice del consumo, art. 16(m) della Direttiva 2011/83/UE).
I rimborsi li gestisce Google Play secondo le sue regole. Se hai pagato e non hai ricevuto quello che hai comprato, scrivici: se l'errore è nostro, lo sistemiamo.
Pubblicità
Il gioco è gratuito anche grazie alla pubblicità: un banner nella schermata principale, e video che scegli tu di guardare per un premio. Nessun video parte da solo, e durante le partite non c'è pubblicità. Il premio arriva solo se il video è visto fino alla fine. In Europa chiediamo prima il tuo consenso; vedi l'informativa privacy.
Gioco pulito
Non modificare l'app, non usare strumenti che giocano al posto tuo e non sfruttare errori per moltiplicare monete, gemme o premi. Possiamo togliere quello che è stato ottenuto in modo scorretto.
Il gioco cambia
Premi, prezzi nel gioco, stagioni e regole possono cambiare, e alcune cose possono sparire. Le prossime versioni salveranno i progressi sul nostro server e aggiungeranno le partite online; prima aggiorneremo questi termini e te lo diremo nell'app. Se un cambio tocca qualcosa che hai comprato con soldi veri, te lo diciamo nell'app prima che valga. Se un giorno chiudessimo il gioco, lo annunceremo nell'app almeno trenta giorni prima e smetteremo subito di vendere.
Quando non funziona
Facciamo del nostro meglio, ma non possiamo promettere che il gioco funzioni sempre: un aggiornamento può contenere un errore, una versione di prova ancora di più. I tuoi diritti di consumatore secondo la legge italiana ed europea non sono mai limitati da questi termini. Oltre a quelli, non rispondiamo di danni indiretti, come progressi persi per un guasto.

Il gioco, il nome «Snake 100 Battle Royale», la grafica, i testi e i suoni sono nostri o su licenza. Musica e suoni: registrazioni di pubblico dominio da Wikimedia Commons (fra cui la Bacchanale di Saint-Saëns suonata dalla United States Air Force Band). Carattere: Lilita One (SIL Open Font License). Puoi giocare; non puoi copiare o rivendere l'app o sue parti.
Modifiche a questi termini
Se li cambiamo in un modo che ti riguarda, te lo diciamo nell'app prima che valgano. Continuare a giocare dopo quella data vuol dire accettarli.
Legge e foro
Si applica la legge italiana, senza toglierti la protezione che la legge del tuo paese ti dà come consumatore. Come consumatore puoi rivolgerti al giudice del luogo in cui vivi; negli altri casi è competente il foro di Roma.
