How do I play?
Steer with your finger (or the fixed joystick: Settings → STEER), hold boost to speed up (it costs a little mass). Eat energy to grow. Your own body never hurts you; if your head hits another snake's body, you're out. Stay inside the zone: outside it you lose mass. The last snake alive wins. Settings → HOW TO PLAY shows the tour again.
Are the other snakes real players?
No. In this version the other snakes in a match, and the rivals in your league, are controlled by the computer. TRAINING lets you practise for free against Easy, Normal or Hard snakes.
Can I keep my progress on a new phone?
Not yet. This is a test version: your game is stored only on this phone, with no account on our server. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data starts it again from zero, and progress may be reset before the official launch.
I bought something and got nothing
In this test version purchases are not delivered yet. The game doesn't
confirm them, and Google Play refunds an unconfirmed purchase by itself within three
days. If you were charged and not refunded, write to us with the Google order number
(it starts with GPA., it's in your Google Play receipt email).
I'm out of coins
The NOT ENOUGH COINS panel gives you coins for free: the button with the video icon (watch a video), or the FREE button, once a day without any video. The DAILY GIFT and the shop's FREE section help too. TRAINING is always free.
I watched a video and got no reward
The reward comes only when the video plays to the end. If it doesn't load, is closed early or the connection drops, nothing is given: try again a bit later. Free videos in the shop have a daily limit; it resets the next day.
What does No Ads do?
It removes the home-screen banner, for good. Videos stay: they are never forced, you watch one only when you choose to for a reward. There are never ads during a match.
How do I change my ad consent?
Settings → AD PRIVACY (it appears when Google's consent form applies to you, for example in Europe). See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Everything is on your phone: clear the game's data or uninstall it. Details and the contact for other requests: delete your data.
The game crashed or something looks wrong
Settings → REPORT A PROBLEM or CONTACT US. The email already contains the game version, phone model and installation ID: just tell us what you were doing.

Come si gioca?
Sterzi col dito (o col joystick fisso: Settings → STEER), tieni premuto il boost per accelerare (costa un po' di massa). Mangia l'energia per crescere. Il tuo corpo non ti fa mai male; se la tua testa sbatte sul corpo di un altro serpente, sei fuori. Resta dentro la zona: fuori perdi massa. Vince l'ultimo serpente vivo. Settings → HOW TO PLAY rifà il giro guidato.
Gli altri serpenti sono giocatori veri?
No. In questa versione gli altri serpenti in partita, e i rivali della tua lega, sono guidati dal computer. TRAINING ti fa allenare gratis contro serpenti Facili, Normali o Difficili.
Posso tenere i progressi su un telefono nuovo?
Non ancora. Questa è una versione di prova: la partita sta solo su questo telefono, senza account sul nostro server. Disinstallare il gioco o cancellarne i dati lo fa ripartire da zero, e i progressi potrebbero essere azzerati prima del lancio ufficiale.
Ho comprato qualcosa e non è arrivato niente
In questa versione di prova gli acquisti non vengono ancora consegnati. Il
gioco non li conferma, e Google Play rimborsa da solo un acquisto non confermato entro
tre giorni. Se ti è stato addebitato e non rimborsato, scrivici col numero d'ordine di
Google (comincia con GPA., è nella mail di ricevuta di Google Play).
Ho finito le monete
Il pannello NOT ENOUGH COINS ti dà monete gratis: il tasto con l'icona del video (guardi un video), o il tasto FREE, una volta al giorno senza nessun video. Aiutano anche il DAILY GIFT e la sezione FREE del negozio. Il TRAINING è sempre gratis.
Ho guardato un video e non è arrivato il premio
Il premio arriva solo se il video va fino in fondo. Se non si carica, si chiude prima o cade la connessione, niente premio: riprova fra un po'. I video gratis del negozio hanno un limite al giorno, che riparte il giorno dopo.
Cosa fa No Ads?
Toglie per sempre il banner della schermata principale. I video restano: non sono mai obbligatori, ne guardi uno solo quando vuoi un premio. Durante le partite non c'è mai pubblicità.
Come cambio il consenso alla pubblicità?
Settings → AD PRIVACY (compare quando il modulo di consenso di Google vale per te, per esempio in Europa). Vedi l'informativa privacy.
Come cancello i miei dati?
È tutto sul telefono: cancella i dati del gioco o disinstallalo. I dettagli, e il contatto per le altre richieste: cancellare i tuoi dati.
Il gioco si è bloccato o qualcosa non va
Settings → REPORT A PROBLEM o CONTACT US. La mail contiene già versione del gioco, modello del telefono e identificativo d'installazione: raccontaci solo cosa stavi facendo.
